The construction quality and seedling engineering of public welfare forest in Bailong River Forestry Protection Center meet the national standards and belong to county-level organizational system.
Bailongjiang Forestry Bureau was established in 1952, fully developed and constructed with the approval of the State Council in 1963, and Bailongjiang Forestry Bureau of Forestry Department was formally established in 1966, and was placed under the management of Gansu Province in 1969.
