Reform policy of rural dry toilets

Legal analysis: toilet reform means completely abolishing dry toilets and promoting flushing harmless sanitary toilets. First, it can kill bacteria, viruses and parasite eggs, prevent harmful microorganisms in feces from being transmitted to people, effectively block the spread of bacterial diseases and improve people's health.

Legal basis: Article 13 of the Three-year Action Plan for Renovation of Rural Human Settlements has planned and designed a number of characteristic rural public toilets in combination with local characteristics. The local government has also formulated a long-term management mechanism, equipped with cleaning staff, and set up two supervision teams in villages and towns to ensure that rural public toilets are clean and tidy, and that toilets are "built, used and managed well".
