In order to enhance brand awareness and product competitiveness, domestic manufacturing enterprises represented by Lenovo, Huawei, Haier and Midea have continuously increased the proportion of industrial design R&D and investment in recent years, and the product quality and brand value content have been significantly improved. On the other hand, the cooperation between professional industrial design companies and manufacturing enterprises is getting closer and closer. Represented by consumer electronics, communication equipment, transportation, equipment manufacturing and other fields, the mode of professional industrial design companies serving manufacturing enterprises has become more common, and some industrial design companies have the ability to independently produce customized products.

The design of industrial buildings conforms to the development trend of precision, sharpness, height and mechanical automation. This puts forward higher requirements and challenges for the working environment of industrial buildings and workshops. For example, a closed building with full air conditioning equipment, also known as a windowless factory building, can also be an underground factory building with relatively stable temperature and humidity and strong earthquake resistance. Underground workshop has developed into the first choice in the design process of industrial buildings. Improving the automation and mechanization level of transportation conditions of parts and products and making full use of transportation equipment can maximize the transportation capacity directly placed on the ground and connected with the ground, which is conducive to streamlining the structure of the factory building.
Incorporate the healthy green ecological concept. This design concept is based on the problems of huge population, lack of natural resources and serious environmental pollution.
