Official website, China National Intellectual Property Administration-> Find the blue box of "patent search and query" on the left->; Click on the "patent announcement->" in the lower left corner; Enter the name directly, or click "Advanced Query" above to enter the name of the applicant or inventor in the form.

Applicant and inventor have different meanings. Please confirm whether the person you are looking for is a patent applicant or a patent inventor. Of course, it is also possible to be both an applicant and an inventor.

Not finding it doesn't mean that you haven't applied for a patent, but the patent is still under review and there is no announcement.
