Enterprise standard projects should have invention patents.
(3) The technical level of the main contents included in the standard project of applying for the third prize has reached the domestic advanced level, and the innovation is obvious. After the implementation of the standard, it has achieved great economic or social benefits and greatly promoted the national economic and social development of our country.
Third, the declaration procedure.
20 10 "China standard innovation contribution award" alternative project adopts the combination of online declaration and written declaration. The declaration procedure is as follows:
(a) the reporting unit to fill in the declaration.
The applicant is registered and logged into the "China Standard Innovation Contribution Award Online Reporting System", fill in the contents of the "China Standard Innovation Contribution Award Declaration" as required, download and print it, and report it to the recommending unit for review after affixing the official seal of the applicant. The materials submitted to the recommendation unit for review shall include:
1. List of application materials;

3. Official standard text;
4 standard verification conclusion table or other documents regarded as appraisal;
5. Proof of economic or social benefits of standard projects;
6. Other relevant certification materials.
Matters needing attention in online declaration:
1. For standard projects jointly completed by several units, the first completed unit shall be responsible for organizing the declaration;
2. The applicant shall rank the main drafting units and drafters in the preface of the published standard text according to their actual contributions;
3 "China Standard Innovation Contribution Award Declaration" is automatically generated by "China Standard Innovation Contribution Award Declaration System", and the formally submitted "China Standard Innovation Contribution Award Declaration" text should be consistent with the contents filled in the declaration system;
4. The same project shall not be submitted to more than two (including two) recommending units at the same time.
(two) the recommended unit audit.
"China standard innovation contribution award" can be recommended by the following units:
1. Standardization authorities of relevant departments, trade associations and group companies in the State Council;
2. Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government;
3. The National Professional Standardization Technical Committee is directly managed by the National Standards Committee.
The recommending unit shall, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Guidelines for Reporting Recommendations, review the application materials for alternative projects submitted by the reporting unit, and determine the alternative projects according to the recommended number.

The recommending unit logs into the online declaration system of China Standard Innovation Contribution Award with the specified user name, fills in and submits the recommendation opinions of alternative projects online, and downloads, prints and replaces the corresponding contents in the declaration. 1. Letter from recommending unit recommending alternative projects of "China Standard Innovation Contribution Award" 2010;
2. Summary table of recommended projects;
3. The complete set of application materials submitted by the reporting unit shall be reviewed by the recommending unit.

Fourth, reward places.
"China Standard Innovation Contribution Award" single prize number and winning unit limit: the number of first prize single prize does not exceed 10, and the number of units does not exceed 7; The second prize is no more than 8 people and no more than 5 units; The third prize is no more than 6 people and no more than 3 units.
