Reflections after visiting Penglai Martyrs Cemetery

The Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery is surrounded by pines and cypresses, full of green shade, quiet and solemn, just like the mood we felt when visiting the Martyrs Cemetery today - solemn and touching.

Martyr, an admirable and touching word. We who live in peaceful times seem to have forgotten this word. The beautiful and comfortable life leaves little passion in our hearts. But the visit that day made our blood boil again.

For decades, the dedication of the revolutionary martyrs has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. This dedication reflects the spiritual outlook and revolutionary fighting spirit of the Chinese people. We bowed in front of the tombs of the martyrs. It was not an ordinary day. Bowing is a bow full of respect and emotion. We presented flowers, which were a bouquet of flowers embodying our infinite emotions. Perhaps the martyrs were also looking at us, wondering how this generation of Chinese sons and daughters of New China would complete their unfinished mission.

The meaning of life lies in dedication, and the more noble meaning of life lies in giving everything, even life, for the people. General Zhu Rui, Zhao Yiman, Comrade Yang Jingyu, countless names and names shocked us. Martyrs live forever and their majesty lasts forever! I have doubted people's eternal life, but when optimism, open-mindedness, firm belief and selfless dedication converge on a person or a group of people, that is eternal life.

The martyrs have left us, and we can only interpret them through inscriptions and tombs. Walking near them feels like receiving the baptism of life. This study sublimated our spiritual world. We truly felt the heroic spirit of the revolutionary martyrs and deeply experienced the hard-won life today.

Hello, countless revolutionary martyrs! We sincerely pay our respects to you, and we will always pay tribute to you - learning!
