Focus of protection: Computer software copyright registration is an administrative auxiliary management measure to protect computer software copyright as stipulated by China's copyright laws and regulations. Article 2 of the Measures for the Registration of Computer Software Copyright and document the State Council 18 stipulate that the state copyright administration department encourages copyright owners to register the copyright of computer software, and gives priority protection to the registered software.
