1.TD series water-cooled engine: BMW high-performance engine water-cooled technology is adopted to achieve better cooling effect. By increasing the oil storage capacity of the engine and pumping oil quickly, the working temperature of the engine can be effectively reduced, and the smooth oil supply can be ensured when the engine runs at high speed, thus prolonging the service life of the engine. The engine oil is injected to the bottom of the piston at a fixed point, which doubles the cooling of the piston and piston ring and obviously reduces the heat load of the engine.
2. Patented four-beam frame: It continues the four-beam frame in Longxin patent, with good structural strength and strong bearing capacity. Coupled with the thick oil cylinder, the effective bearing and lifting weight can reach two tons.
3. Split design of dump pump and oil tank: Generally, the contact area between oil tank and oil pump of integral oil pump is very small, and the vibration during the whole vehicle movement may cause the joint between oil tank and oil pump to tear. The separated design of oil pump and oil tank can completely avoid this problem. At the same time, the separation of the oil tank reduces the stress on the connection point between the oil pump and the frame, which makes the oil pump work more reliably.
