2. Pawnshops have a minimum registered capital of 3 million yuan, engaged in real estate mortgage pawn business, a minimum registered capital of 5 million yuan, and engaged in property pledge pawn business, with a minimum registered capital of 6,543,800 yuan;
3. The minimum registered capital of a pawnshop is the paid-in monetary capital of shareholders, excluding physical objects, industrial property rights, non-patented technologies and land use rights.
