What situations should collegiate panel members avoid in patent reexamination?

In any of the following circumstances, members of the collegiate bench group shall voluntarily withdraw; If the members of the collegiate bench group should voluntarily withdraw without withdrawal, the claimant has the right to ask them to withdraw:

1. is a close relative of the applicant or his agent;

2. Interested in patent applications;

3. Having other relations with the applicant or his agent, which may affect the impartial examination;

4. Participated in the examination of the original application.

If the petitioner requests the members of the collegial panel to withdraw, he shall make a written request, explain the reasons and attach relevant evidence when necessary.
