Production technology of Laoshan beer
The production technology of Laoshan beer is improved on the basis of Tsingtao beer production technology. The content of alcohol, carbohydrate and calories in the beer produced is relatively low, which is more conducive to human health. The fermentation degree of traditional beer is mostly around 70%. Laoshan beer improved the fermentation degree to 75%, and the fermentation process was more complete. The content of residual carbohydrates in beer was lower, and the taste was cleaner and lighter.
