Appraiser of the Judicial Appraisal Center of China Criminal Police College

China Criminal Police College, as an institution of higher learning for training forensic experts, is composed of backbone teachers engaged in teaching. They not only have a strong theoretical foundation, but also have a strong professionalism. Through the transmission, help and guidance of a group of well-known old experts in our college, young and middle-aged backbone teachers have grown up rapidly.

Professor Wang Shiquan, director of the Judicial Appraisal Center, took the lead in carrying out the "appraisal of writing time of domestic ballpoint pen ink" and related appraisal business, making our hospital an authoritative appraisal institution in this field. At present. Professor Wang Shiquan is leading his research team to carry out in-depth research in this field.

Professor Zhang Xiaodong, deputy director of the Judicial Expertise Center, presided over the forensic pathology research on the time estimation of cerebral cortex injury, which filled the gap in this research field in the world. Won the first prize of scientific and technological progress of the Ministry of Public Security and the third prize of national invention. So 1994 was hired as an academician by the New York Academy of Sciences. Our hospital is the only unit to carry out this appraisal, which provides strong evidence for public security organs and judicial organs to solve cases.

Director of Trace Inspection Laboratory:

Professor Zhang Zhongliang, deputy director of the Fingerprint Professional Committee of China Criminal Science and Technology Association and member of the Fingerprint Professional Committee of the National Criminal Technology Standardization Committee, completed the scientific research project "Trace Manifester" and won the second prize of the 200 1 Science and Technology Award of the Ministry of Public Security;

Director of document inspection laboratory:

Associate Professor Wang is the director of the Key Laboratory of Document Inspection and Appraisal of the Ministry of Public Security, the deputy director of the Professional Committee of Document Inspection of the National Criminal Technology Standardization Committee, and the standing member of the Professional Committee of Document Inspection of China Criminal Science and Technology Association. He has presided over many provincial and ministerial projects, and the relevant achievements have been applied to the practice of judicial appraisal.

Director of Audio-visual Materials Inspection Laboratory:

Professor Yang's ministerial key project "Automatic Speech Analysis and Recognition System" won the third prize of the Ministry of Public Security for scientific and technological progress. The achievements of the projects of "Research on Identification of Video Materials and Equipment by Using Sound Spectrum Characteristics" and "Research on Inspection Methods of Video Surveillance Videotapes" have been widely used in judicial identification, enjoying a high reputation in the field of audio-visual materials inspection and identification.

Director of forensic laboratory:

Professor Lin Ziqing, postdoctoral fellow, member of DNA expert working group of the Ministry of Public Security. 1990, majoring in forensic medicine, Kanazawa University School of Medicine, Japan. 1996 received a doctorate in medicine. From 65438 to 0998, the postdoctoral mobile station of basic medicine of China Medical University undertook many scientific research projects, such as "Research on Key Technologies of Bone Fragment Identification and Tooth Identification", and the developed "Public Inferred Age Model" won the national patent, and was applied in nearly 20 actual combat units across the country, which solved the age problem of hundreds of corpses and led everyone to successfully detect the DNA types of teeth over 60 years old.

Director of Physical and Chemical Laboratory:

Professor Zhang Zhenyu, deputy director of the Physical and Chemical Inspection Committee of China Criminal Science and Technology Association, and member of the Physical and Chemical Inspection Sub-technical Committee of the National Standardization Technical Committee. Now he undertakes the research work of the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" scientific and technological support project "Research on Key Technologies of Trace Material Evidence Inspection in Gun-related and Car-related Cases". Engaged in the inspection and identification of trace physical evidence such as explosives, paints, mineral oil, plastics, rubber and documents, and has special expertise in the inspection of explosives and mineral oil.

Director of Electronic Material Evidence Inspection Laboratory:

Professor Qin Yuhai is a part-time tutor of doctoral students in Northeastern University, a member of the Information Security Teaching Committee of the Ministry of Education, a member of the Higher Committee of Electronic Evidence of the Ministry of Public Security, and a writer of electronic evidence industry standards of the Ministry of Public Security. He presided over and participated in the research of two national science and technology support programs, "Research on Key Technologies of Material Evidence Collection and Inspection in Electronic Equipment" and "Research on Network Video Information Acquisition Technology", both of which filled the gaps in the country. He has presided over the identification of electronic material evidence in the first case of national cyber theft, the first case of national cyber pornography, the case of missing questions in Anshan senior high school entrance examination and the case of misappropriating social security funds of nearly 100 million yuan.
