Teaching Quality of No.1 Middle School in Gongan County, Hubei Province

The school has always been concerned about the growth of every student, never leaving behind any student's educational ideas, and relying on the national project "Research on Students' Self-education Guidance", it gradually guides students to carry out self-education, forming the characteristics of students' self-education in our school. The school actively organizes students to carry out regular class self-design, self-management, self-evaluation, one-day quantitative management and other educational activities, as well as various extracurricular activities such as speech contests, debate contests, New Year's Eve parties, science and technology art festivals and amateur party school training, so as to promote the improvement of students' comprehensive quality. At the same time, the school has set up "Le Kai Scholarship", "Chengqu Scholarship" and "Zou Scholarship", and set up Public Security No.1 Middle School to help students with poor families and excellent academic performance to complete their studies all the year round. Up to now, 1.500 people have won scholarships, 1.80 people have won scholarships, 26 people have won Zou scholarships, and 69 people have won foundation grants, thus educating and rewarding students. In the past three years, our school has made remarkable achievements in moral education. Two students were rated as outstanding league members in Hubei province, 1 student was rated as outstanding student in Hubei province, and1student was rated as outstanding student at the municipal level. The pass rate of students' ideological and moral assessment is 100%, and the excellent rate is over 80%.

Taking teaching as the center, the school gradually reformed the classroom teaching mode, improved the curriculum structure, and actively developed school-based textbooks such as Selected Reading of Sanyuan Works, Series of Basic Chinese Knowledge, Student Self-education Handbook, Student Moral Education Reader and New Physics Cases in Senior High School, so as to continuously enrich students' knowledge structure. The school's teaching achievements have been reported frequently, and the college entrance examination has been in the leading position in the city for 1 1 year. The leading position of the total online rate of each batch, the online rate of science, the high stratification and the number of top students in key middle schools in eight provinces and cities has not wavered for ten years. Especially since 2000, the school has sent 37 outstanding graduates to Tsinghua and Peking University. The discipline competition won 3 gold medals, 2 silver medals and 2 bronze medals at the national level, among which 2 people entered the national training team, 6 people walked to Peking University Tsinghua, and more than 20 people walked to other famous universities in China.
