Mr. Feng, who is nearly eighty years old, devoted his first half of his life to the research, design and manufacture of national defense ordnance. During his tenure as the director and technical director of the technical innovation office of a military factory, he took the lead and dared to innovate and invent. He personally realized 46 technological innovation projects in this factory. 1965 won the title of "king of cutting tools" in Hebei province (machining); During his tenure as secretary of the Foreign Military Assistance Office of our factory, he led this unit and won the "Advanced Foreign Aid Unit of Hebei Province" in 75 years. 1985, the leading unit won the "First Total Quality Management" in Armored Forces System Military Factory; During his tenure as the director of safety and environmental protection in the factory, he invented the "Safety Production System Engineering" in Shuai County, Hebei Province in 1984, and led it to blossom and bear fruit in our factory. As a result, our factory has been rated as "advanced unit of safety production in Hebei Province" for two consecutive years and won the title of "advanced unit of environmental protection and civilized production" by the General Logistics Department of the People's Liberation Army. Feng Lao himself also won the exceptional promotion award given by the director.
Feng Lao invented 12 scientific and technological patents in the process of developing civilian products in his later years, in which the scientific mechanism of "treating internal diseases externally" broke through the technical difficulties of two domestic industries for the first time:
First, more than 20 years ago, in the iron and steel metallurgical system, Feng Lao innovated the on-line rapid maintenance and repair technology of external grouting, eliminated the faults in the blast furnace, and developed a series of products such as modern construction equipment-furnace protector (high-pressure grouting lining machine). This scientific and technological innovation was once included in the national key development plan during the eighth five-year plan and the ninth five-year plan. Over the years, this technology has been widely promoted and applied in various steel enterprises in China, which has played a great role in promoting the development of China's steel industry. For example, replacing the medium-sized blast furnace repair project with this scientific furnace protection method of "preventing diseases before they happen" can save hundreds of millions of yuan for the country at one time.
Secondly, in the medical industry, according to the scientific mechanism of "external treatment of internal diseases", Feng invented a medical method of continuous traction and support positioning in vitro for patients with lumbar disc herniation to alleviate the pain caused by compression deformation and nerve compression of human lumbar disc, and also invented a therapeutic instrument for lumbar disc herniation to realize this therapy. From then on, Feng Lao became the father of China's "home lumbar process therapeutic instrument", and for more than ten years, he relieved hundreds of thousands of patients with lumbar process disease all over the country.
