Sichuan Zigong Carbon Black Research Institute is a state-owned enterprise. China Rubber Group Carbon Black Industry Research and Design Institute is a scientific research institute directly under the former Ministry of Chemical Industry. It is now affiliated to China United Rubber (Group) Corporation.
