What is the application process of Tianjin patent pledge loan?

1. Units applying for patent pledge loans shall apply to Tianjin Intellectual Property Office and submit relevant materials.

2. The relevant materials for applying for patent pledge loan shall be examined by Tianjin Intellectual Property Office.

3. The Tianjin Intellectual Property Office shall issue a recommendation to the lender for the patent pledge loan application that has passed the preliminary examination.

4. Where a patent pledge loan is made by counter-guarantee, a guarantee contract or guarantee agreement and related materials shall be submitted to the Municipal Intellectual Property Office.

5. After receiving the Notice of Registration of Patent Pledge Contract sent by China Intellectual Property Office, the unit applying for patent pledge loan shall file with Tianjin Intellectual Property Office, which will notify the lender of the Notice of Registration of Patent Pledge Contract.
