(2) Design patents have played an important role in enhancing the market competitiveness of related products and enterprises, and achieved remarkable economic or social benefits. (3) The patentee and the implementing unit of the design patent actively applied for the patent right and took protective measures, and achieved remarkable results.

First of all, the evaluation office is responsible for the preliminary examination and publicity of the participating projects, and the qualified ones are handed over to the professional evaluation teams.
