The abstract is:
A preparation method of solid water-soluble lead-removed propolis belongs to the technical field of deep processing of propolis, and is mainly prepared by the following steps: adding 50%-90% ethanol into 10-50 parts by weight of propolis powder, stirring and leaching for 6-24 hours at room temperature, cooling to 0-8 DEG C with circulating cold brine, and cold soaking for 2- 12 hours. Subjecting the filtrate to acidic cation exchange resin column chromatography, and removing ethanol from the chromatographic solution under reduced pressure to obtain concentrated solution with relative density of 65438 0.28. The concentrated solution is dissolved in a purified water solution containing 5%~50% starch glycolipid, emulsified by a homogenizer or colloid mill, and the emulsion is spray-dried or vacuum-dried to prepare solid water-soluble propolis. Through detection, the propolis produced by the invention is reduced, and the content of total flavonoids, the iconic component of propolis, is more than or equal to13.86 mg/g/g, and the content of lead is less than or equal to ≤0.03ppm.
