All the above three items are required. General managers who only participate in obtaining funds, collecting data or conducting scientific research groups should not be listed as authors. 4. The abstract must be accompanied by Chinese and English abstracts, which must include four parts: purpose, method, result (main data should be given) and conclusion, and each part should be titled accordingly. Write in the third person, without subjects such as "this article" and "author". Considering that Chinese readers can refer to Chinese original materials, in order to save space, the Chinese abstract can be shorter (about 2 words), while the English abstract is relatively specific (about 4 substantive words). When there is only one figure or table in the full text, the figure or table is written as Figure 1 or Table 1. Each picture (table) should be titled with a picture (table). Explanatory materials should be placed in the notes below the figure (table), and all non-public abbreviations used in the figure (table) should be marked in the notes. This magazine adopts a three-line table (top line, header line and bottom line). In case of total or statistical processing lines (such as T value and P value, etc.), a dividing line is added on this line; The data in the table requires the same effective digit of the same index, and the effective digit is generally determined by 1/3 of the standard deviation. The line drawing should be inked on white paper, and the height-width ratio should be about 5∶7. Computer cartographers should provide printed patterns. Photographs require good clarity and contrast. The symbols (including arrows) to be marked in the drawings should be marked on a separate sheet, instead of being written directly on the photos. A label should be attached to the back of each drawing, indicating the drawing number, the author's name and the vertical direction of the drawing. The picture cannot be damaged. If you publish a portrait of a person, you should obtain my written consent or cover up the part where it can be identified. For specific use, please refer to the book Application of Legal Measurement Unit in Medicine edited by the Editorial and Publishing Department of Chinese Medical Association. When there are more than one diagonal line indicating division in the combined unit symbol, it should be expressed in the form of negative power, such as ng/kg/min in the form of ng*kg-1*min-1; The combination unit should not be in the form of ng/kg min-1. The unit of measurement for blood pressure and human body pressure shall resume using millimeter mercury (mm Hg), but the conversion relationship between mm Hg and kPa shall be indicated when it is used for the first time (1 mm Hg=.133 kPa). Parameters and their tolerances must be attached with units, and the units can be written only once, that is, the values are combined with parentheses, and the unit symbols with the same * * * are placed after all the values. For example, 75.4 ng/L±18.2 ng/L/l can be written as (75.4 18.2) ng/l. The symbols of quantity are all in italics, such as the symbol of absorbance is a and "a" is in italics.

9. Numbers shall be subject to GB/T 158351995 "Provisions on the Usage of Numbers in Publications". The range and deviation of percentage and the numerical multiplication of attached size units should be written as 5% ~ 95%, (5.2 .6)% and 4 cm×3 cm×5 cm.

1. Statistics: the specific name of the statistical analysis method used (such as T-test of group design data, variance analysis of two-factor factorial design data, etc.) and the specific value of statistics (such as t=3.45) should be stated, and the specific P value (such as P = .23) should be given as far as possible; When the overall parameters are involved, the 9 5% confidence interval is given while the significance test results are given. For quantitative data subject to skewness, M(Qn) should be used instead of S. For quantitative data and qualitative data, appropriate statistical analysis methods should be selected according to the design type, the conditions of materials and the purpose of analysis. The former should not blindly apply T test and one-way ANOVA, and the latter should not blindly apply χ2 test.

11. Abbreviations are generally not used in the title, and they are used as little as possible in this paper. When it must be used, the full name should be stated at the place where it first appears, and then the Chinese abbreviation or the English full name and its abbreviation should be marked in brackets, and the latter two should be separated by ","(if the abbreviation is known, the English full name may not be marked).
