Foreign countries have blocked our technology. If the blocked technology is broken, will it cause patent infringement?

1. It does not necessarily infringe the patent right, because the reverse engineering patent law does not prohibit it, and even some people in China have developed and created more advanced technologies based on this, and then applied for patent protection.

2. Since it is locked out of the country, it means that it is very likely that the technology has not applied for patent protection in China, or adopted other protection methods such as trade secrets, but it does not rule out that it has applied for a patent in China, but it is not open to the public because of national interests, reverse cracking and other concerns.
