The remitter's name does not affect the patent approval process, that is, as long as the patent-related expenses are paid in full, you can enter the corresponding process, no matter who pays.

If the remitter's name is wrong, it cannot be corrected directly. This error will cause the invoice to be headed by your personal name. If this causes the company's financial affairs to be unable to offset, you need to wait until you receive the invoice, then issue a certificate stamped with the company's financial seal to the Patent Office of the State Information Administration, and send the original invoice back to you for correction.
