Party member, Ph.D., professor and doctoral supervisor, majoring in transportation planning and management. 1999 graduated from Xi 'an University of Architecture and Technology with a bachelor's degree in urban planning, and then studied for a master's degree in architecture at Beijing University of Technology.
During this period, he went to university of central florida, Orlando, USA for further study from June 5438 to February 2000, and obtained a master's degree and a doctor's degree in civil engineering (traffic engineering) from university of central florida in May 2003 and May 2005 respectively. He is currently the president and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Southwest Jiaotong University.
He has served as director of traffic safety research at the Transportation Research Center of the University of Tennessee, vice president of the School of Transportation of Beijing Jiaotong University, dean of the School of Language and Communication, director of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange, and director of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office. Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Beijing Jiaotong University, Vice President, Chairman of the Overseas Chinese Federation of Beijing Jiaotong University.
Major achievements:
In recent years, he has presided over many important national, provincial and ministerial projects such as major international cooperative research projects, key projects, general projects, national "863" and "973" plans, joint projects of the World Bank and the Ministry of Communications. More than 60 journal papers 160 have been published in related research fields, including more than 20 papers 120 retrieved by SCI/SSCI.
We applied for 17 invention patents and 4 software copyrights, and many of them were industrialized and applied. 20 18 was commended by "National Advanced Individual of Returned Overseas Chinese and Their Families" and won the second prize of Science and Technology Award of China Simulation Society. 20 16 won the third prize of Science and Technology Award of China Intelligent Transportation Association and the third prize of Excellent Achievement Award of National Development and Reform Commission.
