The larger the construction scale, the lower the investment cost. For example, the cost per GW of Wuhai 10GW high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon rod project of Jingyuntong is 2 134 10000 yuan, which is 45.85% lower than that of the computer numerical control "2GW monocrystalline silicon rod project".
As shown in the following table, according to the data published by their respective enterprises, the construction cost of granular silicon is indeed lower than that of polysilicon only from the perspective of construction cost.
According to the announcement of TBEA, its "654.38+10,000 yuan high-purity polysilicon project" has a total construction investment of 8.28 billion yuan and a construction cost of 828 million yuan per ton.
The total investment of "300,000 tons of granular silicon project" announced by GCL-Poly Energy and listed CNC is about 654.38+08 billion yuan, and the construction cost per ton is about 600 million yuan, which is about 27.54% lower than the former. The total investment disclosed by GCL-Poly Energy may also cover liquidity, and if so, its construction cost may be lower.
According to the author's statistics, at present, the two largest single projects under construction in the field of monocrystalline silicon wafer are Gaojing Solar Energy and Zhonghuan's "50GW monocrystalline silicon wafer project", but the construction costs are quite different.
According to the statistics of Black Eagle Photovoltaic, the construction cost per GW of Gaojing solar monocrystalline silicon wafer project is about 340 million yuan, and that of Zhonghuan shares is about 240 million yuan, which is 29.4 1% lower than the former. In recent years, the information of the newly-built project of Jingang Line is limited, but from the construction of Jingang Line announced by Meichang Co., Ltd. and Sanchao New Materials, we can still have a certain understanding of its investment cost.
Meichang Co., Ltd. has a total investment of about 554 million yuan and a construction cost of 369,300 yuan/10,000 square kilometers.
