Third, the production process: there are two production methods, you can choose. See what grade of products you need to produce.
1, production technology of low-end products: stirring with electric drill mixer: (electric tool shop 150 yuan -250 yuan/piece), function: mixing and stirring.
First, put the surfactant, pearlescent paste, thickening powder, essence, pigment and preservative into water, and stir with an electric drill blender to confirm complete dissolution. Then put them into thickening powder and wire drawing powder, and stir them up and down continuously for half an hour with an electric drill mixer, then stir them once every hour, three times, and stir them evenly after 8 hours. Let it stand overnight to defoam, and then put it in a bucket.
2. Process of producing high-end products: use high-shear emulsifying machine: firstly, put deionized water, surfactant, pearl paste, instant transparent thickening powder, essence, pigment, preservative and wire drawing into emulsifying machine, and confirm that it is completely dissolved in about half an hour. Then start the machine for 5- 10 minutes, and emulsify all raw materials with high shear. Let it stand overnight to defoam, and then put it in a bucket.
Fourth, common problems and solutions
1, too much foam is difficult to eliminate: stirring is too shallow and too little water forms, so adjust yourself.
2. The aqueous solution is too slippery: too much wire drawing powder will make it slippery.
3, the shelf life is not long: you look for these reasons: bacterial infection in the turnover barrel, production tools, packaging, preservative content, water quality, climate change, temperature will affect the shelf life.
4. Is there any completely dissolved powder: If it is not stirred evenly with translucent thickening powder, it will appear, and it can be filtered.
5, sinking phenomenon: the final uniform mixing is too hasty. Stir a few times more.
6. How to sterilize the workshop: purple light should be installed in the production workshop for sterilization.
7. Not much foam: add surfactant.
8. It will go bad in a few days: I forgot to put preservatives, and I should put them in spring, summer, autumn and winter, less in winter and more in summer.
9, thinning: deterioration will first become thinner, and then stink, which is a problem of bacterial infection. It is necessary to strengthen the sterilization work in the production workshop. It may also be a problem of bacterial infection during use.
