Does the patent law protect patents?

1. There are three kinds: invention patents.

2. Invention refers to a new technical scheme proposed for a product, method or its improvement.

The so-called products refer to all kinds of new products that can be manufactured in industry, including solids, liquids and gases with certain shapes and structures.

5. Utility model refers to a new practical technical scheme for the shape, structure or combination of products.

6. Design patent.

7. Appearance design refers to a new design that is aesthetically pleasing and suitable for industrial application for the shape, pattern or combination, color, shape and pattern of a product.

According to Article 2 of the Patent Law, inventions mentioned in this Law refer to inventions, utility models and designs.
