Obligations of the licensee:
1. Pay royalties in accordance with the amount and method agreed in the contract. The payment of royalties is a primary obligation of the transferee.
2. The patent shall be implemented within the scope agreed in the contract, that is, the patented products shall not be manufactured, used, or sold beyond the license period, region, or method, or the patented method shall be used. A third party other than those specified in the contract may not be licensed to exploit the patent.
Legal basis:
According to the provisions of Article 867 of the Civil Code, the licensee of a patent license contract shall implement the patent in accordance with the agreement and shall not license other than the agreement. A third party exploits the patent and pays royalties as agreed.
