The difference between withdrawal and rejection

there are two kinds of withdrawal: deemed withdrawal and voluntary withdrawal. Generally, deemed withdrawal means that legal matters have not been answered or completed, such as failure to reply to various notices issued by the State Information Bureau or failure to pay money. Voluntary withdrawal means that the applicant does not want to apply.

Rejection does not meet the conditions for patent grant, and you will not be authorized.

If it is regarded as withdrawal, the rights can be restored. If it is rejected, you can only file an administrative reconsideration, that is, patent reexamination.
