1. Cover the nearby blanket or furniture. Cover the place to be protected with newspapers, towels, old sheets or special moistureproof mats for painting, so as not to damage carpets or furniture with dirty water or cleaning solution. You don't want to clean one place in your home and make a mess of other places!
2. Move everything against the wall. Remove the dresser, household appliances and other furniture against the wall. These are often neglected corners. Don't forget to clean the dust inside.
3. Dust off the wall. Use a broom, dust brush or vacuum cleaner to clean the wall vertically. Use a ladder to clear the height, or ask a tall friend for help.
If the brush head of a broom or brush is hard, you can put an old T-shirt or other cleaning cloth on it to avoid scratching the wall. In order not to get dust everywhere, after the T-shirt or cleaning cloth is dirty, it should be cleaned in time or replaced with a new rag.
4. Clean from the top of the wall. Then slowly dry the water, so that there will be no stripes and water stains on the wall.
Second, clean the painted walls.
1, remove traces and stains first. Before trying to remove dirt, try the decontamination product in an inconspicuous place to see if it will damage the wall. Read the instructions carefully and follow them.
2. Clean the walls. Generally speaking, mild soapy water can clean most painted walls. If you need something cleaner to clean the walls, try mixing a bucket of warm water with a cup of distilled white vinegar. White vinegar won't leave any trace, don't worry. Prepare two buckets of water to clean the wall deeply. Put the cleaning solution in one bucket, and then fill the other bucket with clean water. After using the cleaning solution, rinse the wall for 5 minutes. Remember to change the dirty water, and don't wipe the dirty things on other walls. Don't use patented products containing alcohol to clean walls. These products may damage the wall paint on the surface and leave shiny marks. You certainly don't want to leave such a mark on a clean wall.
3. Homemade stain cleaner. Making detergent is actually very simple. Add half a cup of baking soda to water with a temperature of about 4.5. Spray the mixed solution on a soft towel and use it to wipe the stains or sticking places. Then rinse this area with clear water and dry it with a towel.
