First, false propaganda
1. Violation: the material of the product shared in the live/video content does not match the information on the product details page;
Complaint reference: authoritative effect data of third parties such as CMA quality inspection report;
2. Violation: the price of the goods shared in the live/video content does not match the actual purchase price;
Complaint reference material: original price certificate (lowest transaction price on the same platform within seven days before the release of video/live broadcast);
3. Violation: the product style/color/pattern/shape shared in the live/video content does not match the product details page information;
Complaint reference: information that can prove the consistency between the physical object and the goods shared in the live/video content;
4. Violation: the product patents/honors/sales /R&D units/effect indicators shared in the live/video content are inconsistent with the product details page information;
Complaint reference materials: according to the attributes of the promoted goods, upload one or more of the following certification materials: quality inspection report, patent certificate, honorary certificate, franchise authorization, data source certificate, R&D unit qualification certificate, etc.
5. Violation: The commodity logistics information shared in the live/video content is inconsistent with the actual logistics information;
Complaint reference: real logistics information records;
6. Violation: making false promises in live/video content;
Complaint reference materials: screenshots of electronic stubs, photos of gifts or other materials that can prove that the promise has been fulfilled.
Second, suspected of handling
Violation: video content is suspected of infringement;
Complaint reference: the material used in the video, the author's authorization certificate (official of the company), photos of the shooting process and screenshots of the video editing interface.
Third, selling fake goods.
Violation: sharing counterfeit brands/pirated goods in video content/live broadcast;
Complaint reference materials:
According to the source of the goods, upload one or more of the following certification materials:
1. Domestic brands/authorized dealers: brand registration certificate and power of attorney (full link authorization and official seal are required for level 2 and above authorization) and purchase invoice;
2. Foreign purchasing: purchasing receipts and purchasing qualifications (legal and valid entry and exit documents, the entry and exit time or the validity period of the documents must cover the date of receipt purchasing);
3. Network platform/channel purchase: screenshot of purchase order;
4. Own brand: trademark registration certificate;
note:
(1) The product model in the above voucher must be consistent with the video content/live broadcast product, and the number of products should not be less than the number of products sold in the live broadcast room, and the purchase/purchase time should be before the video/live broadcast release date;
(2) Invoice header/order buyer information should be consistent with user information. If not, proof of the relationship between the title/order buyer and the user should be provided.
