What if the alarm clock doesn't go off?
First, check whether the alarm clock of the mobile phone is set correctly and see if there is an alarm clock icon on the main screen of the mobile phone. If yes, the alarm clock is running normally.
Whether your mobile phone is equipped with a mobile assistant, we can use the mobile assistant ignore list to see if the alarm clock program is ignored;
Open the alarm program, press the menu button at the bottom of the phone, open "Settings", and then click "Alarm Volume" to increase the alarm volume, and don't mute it;
Restore factory settings or return to the factory for maintenance.
