Can only one patent be granted for the same invention?

Article 9 of the Patent Law stipulates that “only one patent right can be granted for the same invention-creation”. Among them, “the same invention-creation” refers to the existence of the same invention in two or more applications (or patents). The scope of protection is the same as the claim.

That is, the claims are the basis for judging the same invention and creation. In a technology, there may be multiple patentable points, and multiple different patent applications can be submitted. However, claims with the same protection scope cannot appear.
