5. The enterprise-type engineering center had sales revenue of more than 5 million yuan last year, has the ability to raise supporting funds, and has initially formed a self-virtuous cycle development mechanism.
6. Industry, academia and research are closely linked and have good cooperative relations with relevant universities, scientific research institutions and enterprises.
