What is an invention patent? What is the definition?

An invention patent refers to an invention protected by the patent law. According to the detailed rules for the implementation of the Patent Law, "a new technical proposal for a product, method or its improvement" belongs to an invention. Invention patents are not automatically generated and effective. It needs to be examined by the competent patent agency to confirm that it meets the conditions stipulated in the patent law before it can obtain the patent right and become the object of patent law protection. There are (1) product inventions recognized as "inventions" by China's patent law. Refers to all kinds of finished products or products created by people through intellectual labor. These products are unprecedented in nature and human society and have practical application value. Articles that are completely in a natural state and exist without human processing and creation are not product inventions. Material invention is the invention of new compounds of two or more elements obtained by a certain method. Scientifically speaking, material invention is also a product invention.
