My uncle works in an oil refinery. Ordinary people are not allowed to go in. The treatment is absolutely good. He and several state-owned enterprises in Jinan are good, in the east of high-tech development zone.

Jinan Refinery

Jinan Refinery was founded in 197 1 year, put into operation to refine crude oil in 1975, and was transferred to sinopec group in 1984. In 2000, according to the reorganization plan of China Petrochemical Group Company, the enterprise was reorganized and restructured to realize the separation of main and auxiliary. The main business was established as Jinan Branch of China Petrochemical Co., Ltd., and the auxiliary business still retained the name of Jinan Refinery.

At present, the comprehensive crude oil processing capacity of Jinan Refinery and Jinan Branch is 5 million tons/year, and the original value of fixed assets is 3.57 billion yuan. There are 32 sets of main production facilities, including atmospheric and vacuum distillation, heavy oil catalytic cracking, delayed coking, lubricating oil, diesel oil hydrogenation and polypropylene. The main products are gasoline, diesel oil, liquefied gas, petroleum coke, polypropylene, sulfur and other more than 50 varieties and brands.

Jinan Refinery and Jinan Branch have advanced refining technology, excellent equipment, high quality employees and strong technical force, and always stand in the forefront of the same industry in China. The enterprise has successively won 32 national and provincial scientific and technological progress awards, including 2 national first prizes, 4 ministerial first prizes, 4 ministerial second prizes, 3 ministerial third prizes, 3 ministerial third prizes and 3 provincial third prizes. 1992, the world's first industrial technology of catalytic cracking (DCC) was developed, patented in the United States and other countries, and exported abroad as a complete set of technologies for China petrochemical industry for the first time. 1997 cooperated with IBM in the United States to develop IRIS integrated information system, which made enterprise management informationized and scientific as soon as possible. 10.4 million tons/year heavy oil catalytic cracking unit and 70,000 tons/year polypropylene unit have advanced technology and strict management, which respectively set and maintained long-term operation records of similar units in China, among which the complete set of polypropylene technology won the first prize of national scientific and technological progress. 1999 1 obtained the ISO9000 national registered quality system certification, and 200 1 was the first in the national petrochemical industry to pass the ISO9000 quality system 2000 version certification. In 2005, it won the honorary titles of National Civilized Unit, National Enterprise Culture Excellence Award and National Model Enterprise for Building Harmonious Labor Relations. In 2004, 3.773 million tons of crude oil was actually processed, achieving sales income of 654.38+00 1.3 1 100 million yuan and profits and taxes of 795 million yuan. In 2005, it processed 4.09 million tons of crude oil and realized sales income of 654.38+03.5 billion yuan, ranking among the best in the same industry in China.

Jinan Refinery and Jinan Branch attach great importance to the application of information technology. According to the unified deployment of China Petrochemical Company, the construction and application of ERP system in refining and chemical enterprises were first completed on the basis that the main production devices were all controlled by DCS computer. As well as advanced information management systems such as MES, ORION and comprehensive budget monitoring, have been put into use one after another, which has realized the informationization, dataization, scientificity and automation of enterprise management and inserted high-tech wings for the rapid development of enterprises.

Jinan Refinery and Jinan Branch have systematically excavated, summarized and carried forward the cultural traditions and cultural accumulation of the enterprise since its establishment more than 30 years ago, and constructed a responsibility culture system with the responsibility concept as the core and enterprise characteristics, which injected "soul" into the development of the enterprise and provided employees with a unified value orientation and code of conduct. At present, the enterprise spirit of "responsibility refining" is deeply rooted in people's hearts, and the core values of "responsibility, efficiency, pragmatism and enterprising" are becoming the conscious actions of employees.
