Huanggai Fenjiu and Honggai Fenjiu are both grain wines. In the brewing process of Fenjiu, sorghum, barley, peas and other grains were used. The brewing process adopted is "cooking and secondary cleaning", which is sweet and long, fragrant and the quality of the wine has also been recognized by people.
There is not much difference in taste between Huanggai Fenjiu and Honggai Fenjiu, both of which are series varieties with high cost performance and are aimed at low-end consumers.
