(VIII) Medical record analysis report or technical work report materials for solving difficult problems

The special report on anti-epidemic is a written report reflecting the work performance, work achievements and contributions of the applicant during the anti-epidemic period, which is a necessary condition for participating in the evaluation. Select "Special Report" in the "Other Achievements" column of the system to upload. Its main contents include: clinical treatment in epidemic prevention and control, medical record cases, diagnosis and treatment plans, research and development achievements of key core technologies, epidemiological reports, pathological reports, work summary, psychotherapy and counseling cases, etc. Special reports must be true, reliable and traceable; The clinical specialty can provide the corresponding source materials, refer to the List of Original Sources Cited by Special Reports (Papers), and the public health specialty can provide field investigation or experimental data reports, field logs, etc. for random inspection; Before the special report of anti-epidemic medical personnel is submitted, it must be signed by the reporting unit and the leader or captain of the medical team assisting Hubei.
(11) Thesis materials
1. There is no rigid requirement for the papers of medical personnel assisting Hubei. Applicants who submit papers can rank them according to the requirements of papers and works, and the number of papers submitted should not exceed 3 at most. The content of the thesis must be consistent with my declared major.
2. The academic papers submitted by the applicants must be retrieved and verified in Tsinghua Tongfang China Knowledge Network or Wanfang Data Resource System. The retrieval of SCI is verified by WebofScience on the ISIWebofKnowledge (domestic university libraries generally have entrances) page, and the retrieval page is printed and stamped with the official seal of the company, which will be used as valid proof materials together with the copy of academic papers. Papers that cannot be retrieved from the above-mentioned mainstream data websites are not used as the basis for evaluating professional and technical qualifications in principle. All foreign language papers must be translated into Chinese.
3. The original materials used by the applicant to write the paper must be authentic, reliable and traceable, and the representative of the paper should submit the List of Original Sources Cited by Special Reports (Papers).
4. A representative paper submitted for review refers to an article published as the first author. Other papers published as the first author or the correspondent author are not considered as representative papers.
5. Periodical classification shall, in principle, comply with the provisions of the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Classification Summary Table of Medical Journals for Evaluating Senior Health Professional Titles in Jiangxi Province (Gan Wei Yan Zi [213] No.12), and the core periodicals shall be subject to whether the periodical was included in the Catalogue of Chinese Core Journals of Peking University in the year when the author published the paper.
6. The scanned paper includes the cover of the publication, the organizer's page, the directory page, the text, the paper retrieval, the List of Original Sources Cited by Special Reports (Papers), the paper retrieval certificate (please provide the paper retrieval link at the designated location), and the Chinese translation must be uploaded in foreign languages; Works include cover, copyright page, table of contents (excerpts) page, editorial board list page, and pages marked with words of works.
(12) Project materials
1. According to the requirements of the project, submit no less than a specified number of project materials, which shall be sorted by the applicant according to the level, and the number submitted shall not exceed 2 at most. The content of the subject must be consistent with my declared major.
2. The applicant shall provide a complete set of original materials including Project Establishment Contract, Project Closing Report (or Acceptance Report), and papers related to the research results published by researchers of this project. The uploaded materials include the cover of the materials for project initiation and conclusion (acceptance and appraisal), the personal ranking, the seal page of the project initiation and conclusion (acceptance and appraisal) unit, and the topic paper. The introduction of new technologies must also provide the novelty retrieval and promotion certificate. The personal ranking page must be stamped with the official seal of the project establishment unit or the appraisal (acceptance) unit.
(13) Patent materials
1. According to the patent requirements, submit not less than the specified number of invention patents (utility patents and design patents are not allowed), which shall be sorted by the applicant according to the level, and the number of submissions shall not exceed 2 at most, and the patent content shall be consistent with the professional application.
2. Patents must be searched and verified in the "Patents" column of China Knowledge Network (www.cnki.net), and the searched webpage address should be copied to the "Inspection and Verification Address" column of the system.
(14) Award-winning materials
1. According to the award-winning requirements, scan and upload scientific and technological awards not less than the prescribed award-winning order, and the number of submissions shall not exceed 2 at most. The award-winning content should be consistent with or similar to my declared major.
2. The science and technology award certificate must be accompanied by the award-winning documents issued by the awarding department or the certificate issued by the competent department.
