The main contents of the conditions for the declaration of professional titles

(1) basic conditions

Support the leadership of China * * * Production Party, abide by the Constitution and national laws and regulations, abide by professional ethics, and have good professional ethics and professional behavior.

(2) Post conditions

On-the-job professional and technical personnel who have registered in this city or applied for the Shanghai Residence Permit 1 year or more, and work in the corresponding professional and technical posts of enterprises, institutions and social organizations in this city within the validity period. Those who have gone through retirement procedures or reached retirement age in that year will not be accepted (except those who have gone through the formalities of extending retirement according to state regulations).

(3) Degree

The degree shall be implemented in accordance with the standards promulgated by the Ministry of Education or the State Council Academic Degrees Office, and should be properly distinguished when filling in.

According to the enrollment disciplines, philosophy, economics, law, education, literature, history, science, engineering, agronomy, medicine, military science, management, and art are 13 for degree categories; Others such as Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Management (MPA) and Master of Engineering are all professional degrees.

(four) professional and technical work experience

Professional and technical work experience refers to the employment time after obtaining the professional title qualification (or meeting the prescribed employment conditions).

(8) Awards and patents

Award-winning projects used to declare and employ professional and technical titles should generally be professional awards recognized by governments at or above the provincial and municipal (ministerial) levels, or authoritative awards recognized in the industry. Collective awards should explain the role and contribution of individuals in it.

Patent projects used to apply for professional and technical titles are generally invention patents, and the applicant is the main technical research and development personnel, and the patent has achieved good economic or social benefits.

(9) Others

With the consent of Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security and all departments (industries and professions) of this Municipality, the accreditation body may formulate other necessary conditions as the declaration conditions according to the needs.
