Both parties are required to sign a "Patent Rights Transfer Contract", fill out the "Declaration Form for Changes in Bibliographic Items", and provide documentation proving changes in the bibliographic items. Make corrections if necessary. After passing the examination by the Patent Office, it will be registered and announced. It will take about one month to complete the process, at which time the Patent Office will issue a notification of eligibility for changes to the bibliographic items.
