Article 12 The people's court shall, in accordance with the principle of who advocates and who bears, decide that the expenses incurred by the people's court in the course of litigation for appraisal, announcement, inspection, translation, evaluation, auction, sale, warehousing, storage, transportation and ship supervision shall be paid directly by the parties concerned to the relevant institutions or units, and the people's court shall not collect and pay on behalf of them.
