When a certificate customer logs into personal online banking for the first time, the computer will prompt to issue a root certificate from personal ICBC CA. This root certificate will be used to authenticate the website of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. Please click "Yes" to indicate that you accept ICBC's personal online banking service.
