After all, my level is limited, so these are just some of my simple opinions. The purpose is to let everyone know more about PRS, and also to provide some reference for friends who are ready to buy PRS. I also hope that friends who have good pianos will do the same. Take out your own things and write down some thoughts.
It’s been about 2 weeks since I bought this piano. The reason why I didn’t rush to take pictures after buying it was mainly because I wanted to wait until I had a better understanding of it. I bought the piano in Haiwei. It is worth mentioning that Haiwei’s service is the best I have ever seen. The store clerk KARTMAN always accompanied me during the process of choosing a piano. Moreover, Haiwei’s store clerks are very peaceful and humble (when I was choosing a piano) At that time, a young man dressed very playfully came in and asked the clerk if he had VAI's three-headed piano. I would have gone crazy if I did, but Haiwei's clerk still explained it to him seriously. Later I found out that this young man didn't even have 7V. No).
To get back to the subject, I will comment on this piano objectively, without piling up fancy words. The factory date is July 2006. The body is a solid piece of mahogany, as is the neck. The bridge uses a small double rocker (I thought it was a single rocker before) which is very stable. The pickups are HFS and VINTAGE, and the tuners are PRS. It's a very unique one that doesn't require winding ~ straight-grained maple veneer, the PRS paint is so powerful, different light will have different effects, in short, I feel as clear as water.
The sound is indeed relatively comprehensive, you can go up and down, it can be clear and thick, the vibration is very good, the distortion and sustain can reach about 15 seconds, and the CLEAN tone can be felt when strumming. The overall vibration of the piano. I recorded a small audition with CLEAN DIS LEAD, you can listen to it, because I just bought the XT a few days ago, so the sound is not good enough. Just listen to what you think. Personally, I feel that the effects mask the sound of the PRS. I don’t have it. The speakers can only do this.
