This step has two key control parameters: heat sealing temperature and heat sealing time; one key component: the punching die. The cooperation of the three plays a key role in the edge sealing fastness and yield of the powder puff. Note: The quality of the edge sealing process determines whether the puff will have burst edges.
4. Ribbon cutting, disinfection, inspection, and delivery
