What is alcohol powder?

Powdered alcohol is a white powder formed by alcohol and cyclodextrin, which can be dissolved in water to obtain alcoholic beverages.

Alcohol can be wrapped in cyclodextrin to form a dry white powder. 1g cyclodextrin can absorb 0.6g alcohol. This technology was patented in the United States at 1974.

This powdered alcohol weighs 20 grams per pack. Before drinking, if you add a proper amount of water, you will find that bubbles come out and the color will turn stone gray. Seasoning can be added, and the alcohol content is only 3%.

Alcohol powder has been publicly sold in the Netherlands, and the price is about 1.35 to $2.
