During Xianfeng period of Qing Dynasty, Ren Xinghang's ancestor Ren Zhixiu (181year-187 1 year) was born as a Confucian scholar, but he was obsessed with Jun porcelain art. In his later years, Ren Zhixiu summed up his own experience in firing Jun porcelain, and spent six years compiling the Guide to Tongzhi Porcelain Structure. Since then, Ren Zhixiu's Jun porcelain making skills have been summarized and practiced by Ren Qingxuan, Ren Baokui and Ren for more than a hundred years, and by the sixth generation, he has become the first batch of Jun porcelain art professionals in New China, making important contributions to the recovery of Jun porcelain skills and the development of the industry after the founding of the People's Republic of China.
Ren Jian (1922- 1990), a master of Jun porcelain art, was once a member of China Silicate Society, China Ancient Ceramics Research Association, Henan Silicate Preparatory Committee, Yuzhou CPPCC member, advanced model worker of Henan Province, and deputy director of state-owned Yuzhou Building Sanitary Ceramics Factory.
Mr. Ren Jian was trained by his parents since he was a child, and he loved ceramic skills. He was determined to carry forward the past and forge ahead, innovate and improve, and benefit future generations. Ren Jian has been working hard for more than 50 years since he was a teenager. He devoted his whole life to the theoretical research, production practice and scientific experiment of Jun porcelain, and made great contributions to the recovery and development of Jun porcelain. The evaluation of Jun Porcelain Annals is: "His fate is closely related to the fate of Jun Porcelain, and he is an outstanding figure with prestige, attainments, discoveries and creations in the ceramic industry". Mr. Ren Jian's epitaph reads: "Mr. Ren is open-minded, cheerful, honest and honest, selfless and fearless, and the scenery of mountains and rivers is admirable." Although his mouth is old, his husband has reached the age of 18. Mr. Wang studied hard on Jun porcelain craft all his life, and he was brilliant and ambitious, carrying forward the quintessence of China. He has been looking for pearls for more than 50 years, and his skills are superb. Carry forward the past and forge ahead into the future, which is rare in a hundred years. I have made great contributions to my country. Those who lose their wisdom in Yuan Jun will mourn for the outstanding people in Yuan Jun, and future generations will live forever. "
Ren Xinghang followed Ren Jian's legacy, followed his father's footsteps and devoted himself to the creation of Jun porcelain. He successfully restored the double-chamber Jun porcelain kiln in Song Dynasty and restored the firewood firing process of Jun porcelain. The father and son generations have made important contributions to the development of Jun porcelain art, and Ren Xinghang was influenced by his father since childhood. 1 1 years old, he began to learn and create Jun porcelain skills with his father. Since the establishment of the kiln, Ren Xinghang has gradually mastered a set of jun porcelain firing technology and technical points, such as raw material treatment, modeling, glaze preparation, firing and so on. From 65438 to 0978, Ren Xinghang entered Baofeng Qingliang Temple Porcelain Factory to study Ru Ci firing. The two-year firing experience in Ru Ci laid the foundation for Ren Xinghang to engage in Jun porcelain manufacturing and research in the future. 1980, Ren Xinghang entered the work of Yuxian State-owned Second Porcelain Factory. During his stay in Jun Porcelain Factory No.2, Ren Xinghang designed and invented the coal-fired double-hole sagger-free tunnel ceramic kiln, which pioneered the sagger-free firing of daily-use porcelain and won the national invention patent. 199 1 year, Yuzhou established Jun Porcelain Research Institute, with Xing Hang as the deputy director of technology. During the period of 1993, the intermittent sagger-free Jun porcelain kiln was successfully developed, which made Jun porcelain firing get rid of the sagger limitation for the first time. In the same year, he led the research team of Jun Porcelain Factory No.2 to design and build a Jun Porcelain Kiln burning liquefied gas, which completed a major reform in the history of Jun Porcelain firing. Liquefied gas kiln has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, low labor intensity and high output, and it has been rapidly popularized in Yuzhou porcelain area, replacing almost all traditional coal-fired jun porcelain kilns, which has had a great impact on the development of jun porcelain in Yuzhou city. During the construction of these porcelain kilns, Ren Xinghang gradually became the first person to design Jun porcelain kilns. Therefore, the important task of restoring porcelain kilns in Song Dynasty also falls on Ren Xinghang's shoulders.
In 2004, in response to the government's call to rescue the folk cultural heritage, Ren Xinghang built the Jun porcelain kiln site museum, and used ancestral techniques to restore and build Jun porcelain kiln sites that had great influence in various historical periods, such as wood-fired Jun porcelain kiln sites in the Tang and Song Dynasties and charcoal-fired Jun porcelain kiln sites in the Qing Dynasty. Most importantly, after studying the remains of the kiln site unearthed from Guanjun kiln site in Song Dynasty and referring to the literature, Ren Xinghang successfully restored the Jun porcelain kiln with double fire chambers in Song Dynasty, restored its wood burning technology, filled the gap in the dating of Jun porcelain theory and technology, and revived the artistic wonder of wood burning Jun porcelain that had been lost for hundreds of years. Therefore, Ren Xinghang is also known as "the first person to burn Jun porcelain with wood".
In the creation of Jun porcelain, Ren Xinghang has profound modeling skills and adheres to the traditional hand-painted craft. His works are neat, simple, natural and dignified. On the basis of ancestral Jun glaze, Ren Xinghang developed more than ten new glaze compositions for Jun porcelain, which enriched the glaze color of Jun porcelain kiln. His Jun porcelain works are glazed, milky, jade, colorful, exquisite and unique, and the landscape of kiln transformation is magical and wonderful, which vividly interprets the art of natural kiln transformation of Jun porcelain. He imitates Song Jun's works, draws them by hand, and fires them in a wooden kiln, which represents the highest artistic level of contemporary Jun porcelain, comparable to that of Song Jun.
While creating, Ren Xinghang also devoted himself to the theoretical research of Jun porcelain. Since 2000, Ren Xinghang has published many papers in Henan Workers Daily, Xuchang Daily, Arts and Crafts and other newspapers. His academic papers "Preliminary Study on the Burning Process of Wood-Fired Jun Porcelain" and "Revealing the Kiln Change of Jun Porcelain in Qing Dynasty" (in cooperation with others) were published in the Proceedings of the International Symposium on Ancient Ceramics in 2005 and 2009 respectively. Yi Jun Qian Qiu was included in the "Root Pulse Series" by Henan People's Association, and was published by Zhongyuan Publishing Media Group and Zhongyuan Farmers Publishing House in 2008. 20 10 10 The Collection of Ren Xingjun Porcelain was published by People's Fine Arts Publishing House. Jun Porcelain, co-authored with my daughter, edited by Tsinghua University Ceramic Department, will be published by Heilongjiang Publishing House soon.
