How to fix the aluminum alloy door and window frame on the wall

Fixation of aluminum alloy doors and windows

(1) When the iron parts are embedded in the wall, the iron feet of aluminum alloy doors and windows can be directly welded with the embedded iron parts on the wall, and the welded parts should be rustproof.

(2) When there are no embedded iron pieces on the wall, the iron feet of aluminum alloy doors and windows can be fixed on the wall with metal expansion bolts or plastic expansion bolts.

(3) When there is no embedded iron piece on the wall, an electric drill can also be used to drill a hole with a depth of 80mm and a diameter of 6mm, and an L-shaped 80mm×50mm 6rmn steel bar can be used. Stick 108 glue mud on the long end, and then drive it into the hole. 108 after the final setting of the glue slurry, weld the iron feet of aluminum alloy doors and windows with the embedded 6mm steel bars.

Specification for installation of aluminum alloy windows:

1, aluminum alloy window into the hole should be horizontal and vertical, the outer frame and the hole should be firmly connected, and the outer frame should not be directly buried in the wall.

2, horizontal and vertical combination, should take a set of plug, lap to form a curved surface combination, lap length should be 10mm, and sealed with sealant.

3. When installing the sealing strip, there should be a telescopic allowance, which is generally 20 ~ 30 mm longer than the assembly side of the window. The inclined plane should be disconnected at the corner and pasted firmly with adhesive to avoid shrinkage joint.

4. The gap between the window frame and the wall should be filled according to the design requirements. If there is no requirement in the design, we are going to use foaming material to fill in layers, leaving a notch with a depth of 5 ~ 8 mm on the surface of the gap to fill with sealing material.

5. After the plastic steel window is installed, spray test shall be conducted according to relevant regulations to test its sealing performance. The installed windows must be reliable and rigid, reinforced if necessary, and treated with anti-corrosion.
