First, laboratory design requirements:
1. The interior decoration should be comfortable, pleasant, simple and bright. Decoration materials should be made of durable materials that are easy to clean, anti-static, anti-electromagnetic interference, and have good fire resistance. They should avoid formaldehyde, benzene, radon and other harmful gases and radioactive pollution.
2. It can not only carry out laboratory experiments, demonstration experiments, but also carry out scientific inquiry activities, and the experimental bench is designed for groups of 2 or 6 people. Generally, group experiments are conducted in groups of 2 people, and scientific inquiry activities are conducted in groups of 4-6 people.
3. Double one-sided experimental table, the length is not less than 1200㎜, and the width is not less than 600㎜. Four-person double-sided experimental table, the length is not less than 1500㎜, and the width is not less than 900㎜. For an island-type experimental table, the length occupied by each experimenter shall not be less than 600㎜, and the width of the experimental table shall not be less than 1250㎜. The diameter of the round experimental table shall not be less than 1200㎜; the clear distance between the two experimental tables: when two people operate on one side, it shall not be less than 600㎜; when four people operate on both sides, it shall not be less than 1300㎜; for islands or more than four people, During circular operation, it should not be less than 1500㎜. The clear distance of the middle longitudinal aisle: when two people operate on one side, it should not be less than 600mm. When four people operate on both sides, it should not be less than 900㎜. The net distance between the end of the experimental table and the wall (or the inner wall columns and equipment pipes protruding from the wall) should not be less than 550mm.
4. The instruments and equipment configured in the laboratory should be able to complete the experimental content specified or recommended by the analytical research standards. Open laboratories and scientific inquiry laboratories should be equipped with necessary sensors, data collectors, application analysis software and other relatively advanced modern experimental instruments for experimenters to conduct independent scientific inquiry experiments.
5. If the laboratory is equipped with computers for supervisors and experimenters, wireless network interconnection should be used. If equipped with a multimedia technology communication platform, the large-screen display device should be able to display information from any computer to facilitate communication between experimenters.
6. Blackout curtains should be installed on the windows of the optical laboratory, and local lighting should be installed on the experimental table; the rated power of the power supply system should meet the full-load experimental requirements, and a multimedia technology exchange platform should be equipped if possible.
7. An emergency first-aid flushing nozzle (eyewash) and first-aid kit should be installed on one side of the laboratory.
Second, laboratory environmental requirements:
1. Usage area: laboratory is not less than 120㎡; instrument room is not less than 60㎡; preparation room is not less than 20㎡ . The preparation room can also be built into an instrument room.
2. Adopt a fluorescent lighting system. The average illumination in the laboratory and preparation room shall not be less than 500 Lux, and the average illumination in the instrument room may not be less than 100 Lux.
3. Use exhaust fans for forced ventilation, and curtains should be installed on windows to avoid sunlight.
4. The AC power supply voltage is 220V, 50Hz, and the current is not less than 20A. The grounding resistance of the ground wire should not be greater than 4Ω.
5. Each room has at least one LAN information point.
6. Install fire prevention equipment and fire extinguishing equipment.
7. The floor should be paved with moisture-proof tiles, and each room should have at least one running water source.
