Flue gas passes through the spiral channel, and the fine particles in the flue gas form a large centrifugal force in the spiral channel. Especially after the flue gas is cooled, the gaseous water in the flue gas precipitates into liquid water droplets, which wrap the fine particles in the flue gas, so as to realize the growth of fine particles, spheroidization of irregular particles and surface smoothing, so that the fine particles can effectively overcome the adhesion of the flue gas to the fine particles due to large centrifugal force, and the surface smoothing can greatly reduce the adhesion of the flue gas to them. Compared with baffle separator and tube bundle separator, the centrifugal force formed by it is continuous and can rotate continuously for many times in 360 degrees. Fine particles are effectively pushed to the spiral tube wall, and the tube wall rich in water film instantly annihilates fine particles, which can greatly improve the separation efficiency of fine particles. Experiments show that it has a good removal effect on submicron particles including SO3.
