Vibration isolation measures
In order to reduce the structural noise transmitted by transformer vibration, the unit adopts high-efficiency low-frequency vibration isolation treatment. The static source low-frequency sound insulation platform can control the vibration transmission rate below 0.2%. This measure is reflected in that the noise propagation is reduced by about 27 decibels, and the environmental sound of the upstairs residence is affected by about 30 decibels through the attenuation of the building structure again.

In the case of extremely high noise, the appropriate sound absorption structure can be selected according to the noise spectrum of the distribution room. We choose a low-frequency sound absorption structure that combines micro-perforated plate and porous sound absorption material, which can reduce the noise transmission by about 1~2 dB. Soft connection treatment of busbar: low-voltage busbar is rigidly installed for the discharge of copper busbar of trunking frame. Electromagnetic noise and vibration may spread to the building structure through the busbar, so it is necessary to change to soft wire connection in the middle of noise reduction treatment, and the staff of power supply department need to cooperate.
