(1) Earthquakes with a magnitude of 7 or above on the Richter scale;

(4) Other reasons of force majeure.

2. After the force majeure event occurs, Party B shall notify Party A immediately and take measures as quickly as possible to reduce losses. If Party A deems it necessary to temporarily stop the construction, Party B shall suspend the construction in the event of force majeure. Within 48 hours after the end of the force majeure event, Party B shall report the damage and losses to Party A; if the force majeure event continues to occur, Party B shall report the damage to Party A every 7 days; within 14 days after the end of the force majeure event, Party B shall submit to Party A the cleanup and repair official reports and related information.

3. The costs and delays caused by force majeure events shall be borne separately according to the following methods:

(1) Party A shall be responsible for the damage to the project itself.

(2) Their units shall be responsible for the casualties of both parties and bear relevant expenses.

(3) The cost of cleaning and repair required for the project shall be borne by Party A.

(4) The delayed construction period will be postponed accordingly.

18. Effectiveness and Termination of the Agreement

1. This Agreement is made in six copies. Party A and Party B each hold three copies, which are equally valid.

2. This agreement shall take effect from the date when representatives of both parties sign and affix their official seals. After the "Project Contracting Agreement" is completed, the project warranty period expires, and various payments are settled, this agreement will automatically termination. Matters not covered in this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties.

3. Other matters not covered shall be resolved through negotiation between Party A and Party B.
