Using coal gangue and cinder as additives and internal fuel in brick factory; Using coal gangue and shale to produce standard bricks and hollow bricks is an important measure in line with national policies and benefiting society. However, the breakage of these materials, especially wet materials, has always been a difficult problem that puzzles the normal production of brick factories.
After long-term investigation, careful design and bold practice, we have successfully developed and produced a patented utility model product-two-stage screenless crusher, which can easily crush coal gangue, shale, cinder and other materials with high moisture content.

The traditional method is single-stage hammer crusher, but it has many shortcomings.
1, the output is low, the wet slag is difficult to break, the wet slag is easy to block the bottom of the crusher screen, and it cannot be discharged after dry rotation.
2. The crushing ratio is strict and the discharging degree is coarse, which can not meet the requirements of brick making.
3. High operating costs and low output directly lead to high costs. Some need to be screened once, and then crushed. The crushing cost per ton of coal cinder (electricity, loss and wages) needs 6.8 yuan. The new two-stage pulverizer developed by our factory has solved the long-standing problem of wet slag pulverization. The output is high, the consumption is low, and it can crush more than 20 tons per hour. The cost (electricity, loss and salary) of crushing each ton of coal cinder does not exceed that of 2.5 yuan. The two-stage pulverizer has the same crushing effect on shale, coal gangue and other slag.
Three, two-stage pulverizer is equivalent to two hammers into one, which are reasonably combined into a whole, and two sets of rotors are used in series, which has the following characteristics:
1. Double rotors crush two groups of rotors connected in series, so that the materials crushed by the upper rotor are immediately crushed again by the rapidly rotating lower rotor hammer head, and the materials in the inner cavity collide rapidly and crush each other, thus achieving the effect of hammer powder and discharging directly.
2. Without sieve bottom and high humidity materials, the traditional pulverizer with grate sieve plate will never be blocked, and it is not suitable for raw materials with water content higher than 8%. When the water content of raw materials is higher than 10%, it is easy to be seriously blocked, so that the hammer can not rotate, the material can not be discharged, and even the motor is burned out, which seriously affects production. The machine adopts the design of sieve-free grate bottom, and there is no strict requirement on the moisture content of materials. There is no problem that the paste blocks the screen board, and there is no problem that the fine powder cannot be discharged in time and is repeatedly crushed. Therefore, the crushing efficiency is high, and there is no invalid wear of the hammer.
3, wear-resistant combination hammer high alloy wear-resistant hammer. Hammer head and hammer handle are used in combination, only the hammer head is changed, but the hammer handle is not changed.
4. Unique shifting and gap adjusting technology, the hammer head does not need to be repaired after being worn, the moving position can be reused, and one pair of hammers can support three pairs of hammers.
5. The hydraulic manual starting cabinet can be easily opened and closed by only one person, which is not only light, fast, safe and reliable, but also convenient to maintain.
